You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. apg99 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify apg99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
Registering or operating more than one Account — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, bank account, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple Accounts are identified, apg99 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated Accounts and to forfeit all balances therein.
apg99 may suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe a breach of these Terms has occurred. Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting customer support. Pending withdrawal requests will be honored provided KYC requirements are satisfied.
In order to process withdrawals, remove deposit limits, or upgrade Account status, apg99 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Documents commonly requested include:
apg99 reserves the right to freeze withdrawals pending KYC completion. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Submitting forged, altered, or otherwise false documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
apg99 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: local bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though individual payment provider limits may apply.
Deposits made via e-wallets typically reflect in your Account balance within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take between 1 and 15 minutes depending on the originating bank and time of transaction. apg99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are legally owned by you and are not derived from unlawful activity. Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and refund processing at the depositor's expense.
Withdrawals of Real Money Funds are available at any time, subject to KYC verification being complete and no active security review on the Account. Bonus Funds become withdrawable only after associated wagering requirements have been fully met.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. apg99 does not charge withdrawal processing fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours (08:00–24:00 WIB) are reviewed and processed within 5–15 minutes. Requests submitted outside business hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next available processing window.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. apg99 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above Rp 10.000.000.
All bonuses and promotions offered by apg99 are subject to specific terms including a minimum deposit threshold, a wagering requirement, a validity period, and eligible game restrictions. These specific terms are published alongside each individual promotion and must be read before claiming any bonus.
A wagering requirement specifies the total value of qualifying bets you must place before Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place a cumulative total of Rp 3.000.000 in eligible bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Different game categories contribute to wagering at different rates: slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute 10–20%. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
apg99 monitors all Account activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets across multiple Accounts to guarantee a profit, low-risk betting strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, and systematic exploitation of promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, apg99 reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void related winnings, and suspend or permanently close the Account.
All bonus offers carry an expiry date after which unused Bonus Funds and any associated free spins will be automatically removed from the Account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances. Players are responsible for tracking their bonus expiry dates via the Account dashboard.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated by Bonus Funds is capped at 10x the value of the original bonus credited. Any winnings exceeding this cap will be removed from the Account at the time of withdrawal processing.
All games available on the apg99 platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair, unbiased outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session results. apg99 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
In the event of a network disconnection during an active game round, the game will resume from its last recorded state upon reconnection. apg99 is not liable for losses resulting from internet outages or device failures on the Player's end. If a technical error on apg99's servers causes an incorrect game outcome or payout, apg99 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the stake.
apg99 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed under erroneous odds, incorrect game configurations, or as a result of a software malfunction. In such circumstances, the stake amount will be returned to the Player's Account balance in full.
All sports bets are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC, PSSI for football; BWF for badminton). In the event of event postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, apg99's specific sports betting rules — available in the Help section of the Platform — will govern settlement. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to be settled as winners for the bet to pay out; any voided selection reduces the parlay by one leg.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery) results are determined by official draw outcomes published by the relevant international lottery authorities for each market (Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, Macau). apg99 bears no responsibility for delays in the publication of official results. All togel bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled after placement.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the apg99 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

apg99's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
apg99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party service failures are outside apg99's control and do not constitute grounds for compensation claims.
